Garage-to-Studio Conversion in Ainslie
A garage conversion for an Ainslie home, reworking an underused single garage into a warm, usable living space with new insulation, lining, flooring and finishes that tie it neatly into the rest of the house.
The Challenge
The garage was a cold, unfinished shell used only for storage, with no insulation or lining, and the owners wanted to reclaim it as a comfortable, functional room that felt like part of the home.
The Solution
We insulated the walls and ceiling, lined and plastered the space, laid new flooring, and finished it with matching trims and paint, transforming the bare garage into a bright, comfortable room that connects seamlessly with the home.
