Low-Maintenance Courtyard Deck in Evatt
A custom composite deck built for an Evatt family home, delivering a clean, low-maintenance outdoor area that stands up to everyday family life without the ongoing upkeep of timber.
The Challenge
The old timber deck had weathered and warped over the years, becoming a safety concern and a constant maintenance burden for the owners, who wanted a durable surface that would keep looking good with minimal effort.
The Solution
We removed the tired timber and laid a new composite deck with concealed fixings, added neat steps and a matching balustrade, and finished the edges for a crisp, modern look that needs nothing more than an occasional clean.
